1. About communication

Clear communication saves time and hassle. Take a few extra moments to make sure that your instructions to me are clear, to the point and all-encompassing. Make sure to send me all the requested information (see section 2).

  2. What we need from you

Before sending us any problems or projects you might want to establish "first contact" in the form of a first email or phone call introducing yourself, giving me relevant information, asking me questions and/or expressing concerns. On the other hand you can send the problems in your first email if you wish.
Please inform me of the following by the time you send me the work:

Tell us exactly what you want done and how you want it done. Often I need to know more than what the actual instructions or questions state (for example special instructions that your professor may have given you).

Tell us by when you need the work done.

Include any other information that you think is important.

  3. About payment

This is NOT a free service. Please do not email us asking us to do work for free.

After you send us the problems and clear instructions, we quote you a price. If our quote is acceptable to you, I then request payment.

We require payment before beginning to work.

Payments are made by depositing funds into our PayPal account (press button below to make payment).

PayPal then notifies us of your payment. Wethen send you an email (or call you) stating that we have received your payment and then we begin work on your problems.

  4. What you can expect from us

     Clear communication,

Pride in a job well done,

A desire for you to succeed and do well,

The work emailed as a Microsoft Word file (most common format).

Care and concern for you as a person (this is part of who we are),

Prompt service (emails generally returned within 24 hours; work done by your due date),

Solutions to problems, showing the work, neatly done to the very best of our ability.
